More than a year into virtual work, many employees have now come to appreciate working from home and the many conveniences that come with it. But as the world slowly opens up post-pandemic, it seems many employees still prefer to keep working remotely. So now that working from home becomes more of a choice, should employers retain this as an option for staff moving forward? And if employees choose to live away from the city, should the rate of salaries be reassessed accordingly?
