About the Course
Equity in the workplace is a complex challenge to navigate. Stakeholders demand greater accountability from our organizations to ensure that policies and practices are able to mitigate and address real or perceived inequity. This workshop is designed to examine the principles, policies, and tools that can help promote equity and is focused on HR's strategic role in ensuring that an equitable workplace is achieved.
The workshop will touch on concepts such as job evaluation, compensation design and management, as well as skills and performance assessment, all building up to a roadmap of how to establish a more equitable organization.
